THE TOKIO LAW OFFICE.
NO. 1, SHINSAKANA-CHO, KYOBASHI-KU, TOKIO.
TEL, KYOBASHI 1554, 2901, 3048
POST SAV. TOKIO 26127.
The Tokio Law Office aims at introducing an improvement in our rather obsolete legal clientage in this country. Offices now engaged in the practice of law and application for patents are mostly incapable of meeting various ever increasing demands of the times. In order to meet these demands immediate reforms are imperative indeed. The Tokio Law Office is helping itself to make up for all these shortcomings and meet the demands squarely through our new organization with most simple, prompt, accurate and conscientious manner.
Law offices hitherto in existence are generally too limited in their functions, their business being mostly restricted to those in connection with count only. What our office wants to specially emphasize is those practices which are out of court, so to speak-- friendly settlements, negotiations and advices etc. etc. etc. This method will, no doubt, save our clients a considerable amount of costs of actions which they must otherwise pay.
Law offices hitherto in existence are too much given to formalism as well as officialism: clients for instance, who want to have introducers. This of course compels many to turn to lawyers of questionable reputations. The Tokio Law Office wants to put a stop to all these usages. Standing on a most intimate and friendly relation with its clients, it at once saves them from the grips of pettifoggers and introduces to the bar and bench a most simple and efficient way of carrying on law practices.
The Tokio Law Office is a firm founded by the joint efforts of five lawyers, --men of skill and experience of many years' standing, enjoying undisputed confidence of the public. It is a sort of corporation and is quite an innovation in our judicial circle, --an establishment unique in the whole empire. The Tokio Law Office can boast of the following three things: completeness in its staff in both their number and competency, a high degree of perfection in its various departments, and in its ample resources.
Moderate fees; ripe deliberations; perfect accuracy; simplicity; promptness; and full responsibility.

NOTE: Since the Tokio Law Office started this department, many similar ones were started by other law offices. This shows how this sort of business is in demand now and also how many persons have been benefitted by it. This department in our office is, however, the best and most consummate one among these.
G. SUPREME COURT DEPT., The Supreme Court is the sole law court in our country where final decisions in connection with the interpretation of laws are given. All law cases are finally to be settled here. This necessitates our office to specially start this department and extend our joint and systematic efforts in this direction. Out of the whole cases settled in the supreme courts in the course of last year, nearly one tenth were those handled by this department. This shows how great is the confidence placed by the public in this department of our office.
