エラーさえ出なければ、 PHPadminのｍｙSQLのバージョンが4.1.20＝使用するmySQLは４１ですよね？？ #1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8' at line 6 と出てしまいます。
最初にＤＢにテーブル （OpenPNE-2.12.0\setup\sql\mysql41\install\install-2.12-create_tables.sql） をいれようとした際、 #1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8' at line 6 というエラーが出てしまいます。
